Exceptions to Arbitration:

Small Claims Court: Notwithstanding the above, you may also bring an issue to small claims court in your jurisdiction if the dispute qualifies for hearing by such court.
Intellectual Property: Disputes involving allegations of theft, piracy, or unauthorized use of intellectual property may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction without first engaging in arbitration or the informal dispute resolution process described above.
