How to Create, Edit, and Manage Courses

Creating a Course

1. Go to the “Courses” section in your dashboard.

2. Click on the “Create new” button.

3. Fill in the course details, including title, status (draft or active), start and end dates, description, and content.

  • Title: Enter the course name.
  • Status: Select “draft” or “active” depending on the course’s current state.
  • Start and End Dates: Specify the dates for the course’s duration.
  • Description: Provide a brief overview of the course.
  • Content: Add the course materials and structure.

4. Set the course task default settings such as plagiarism checks, AI checks, readability checks, and event recording options.

5. Save the course.

Editing a Course

1. Navigate to the “Courses” section.

2. Click on the course you want to edit.

3. Update the necessary details and save the changes.

  • You can modify the course title, status, dates, description, and content.

Managing Enrollment

1. To invite students, go to the specific course.

2. Use the “Invite Students” option to send out invitations via email or provide a join link.

  • Ensure the invitation contains all necessary instructions for students to join the course.

3. Monitor enrolled students and manage their participation.

  • Keep track of student progress and participation through the course dashboard.
  • Update enrollment status as required, adding or removing students as needed.
