Document Evaluation in EduLegit
Adding Comments
EduLegit provides a straightforward process for adding comments to student submissions:
- Access the Document: Navigate to the specific document you want to evaluate.
- Open Comment Section: Click on the “Comments” tab or the comment icon on the toolbar.
- Add Comments: Highlight the text you want to comment on and type your feedback in the comment box.
- Save Comments: Click “Save” to ensure your comments are recorded and visible to the student.
Assigning Grades
EduLegit simplifies the process of assigning grades to student submissions:
- Open the Document: Go to the document you wish to grade.
- Navigate to Grading: Click on the “Grades” tab.
- Assign a Grade: Enter the grade in the designated field based on your evaluation criteria.
- Save Grade: Click “Save” to record the grade.
Final Review and Task Completion
- Finalizing the review and marking the task as complete involves a few simple steps:
- Review the Document: Ensure all necessary comments and grades have been added.
- Finalize Review: Click the “Final Review” button to confirm the evaluation is complete.
- Mark as Complete: Navigate to the task overview and click “Mark as Complete” to indicate that the task has been fully evaluated.
- Notify Students: The notification feature informs students that their document has been reviewed and graded.
