Tasks
1. Viewing Assignments:
- Click on the “My tasks” tab to see the list of all your upcoming, ongoing, and completed assignments.
- Each assignment entry includes the title, due date, status (e.g., new, processing, reviewed, submitted, done), course, and name of the assigning teacher.
- Toggle between the tabs to sort and filter your tasks by status.
2. Writing and Submitting Assignments:
- Select an assignment to view its details and submission requirements.
- Review the settings for requested features to be turned on while working on the task.
- Click “Create task document” to proceed to the document writing mode.
- Before starting your work, enable the necessary features (e.g., the Screen recording option). Editing/writing mode will be disabled until you enable the requested features.
NB: Before enabling screen recording, remember to close all apps and/or browser tabs that may reveal your personal or sensitive information.
- Work on your task, following the instructions provided by your instructor for submitting your work. Working on a task document follows the same principles as working on a document described earlier.
- You can check your work for plagiarism, AI probability, and readability using the corresponding options in the Information section of the right-side document menu bar.
- Once your assignment is ready for review, click the “Submit” button on the right menu panel.
3. Checking Feedback:
- After your instructor has reviewed your assignment, you can see their feedback and your grade in the same assignment section.
- Open the task document and click on the “Annotations” tab on the right of your document to view detailed comments and suggestions from your teacher.
- If your instructor reviewed the task and provided feedback for improving your assignment, work with it as previously and click the “Resubmit” button once you finish revising.
